Yes, the book and cards are related!
- The book Into the Hands of Leaders: Growth through Learning provides the context and overall message – why we need to invest in employee development and why we need to focus on learning at a team level with leaders at the helm.
- The Lead, Learn, Grow conversation cards provide a practical way of creating a learning culture within a team.
When will my order arrive?
We always ship your order within 2 business days. After your order is shipped, you will be sent a tracking number. If you order Priority, it’ll arrive 5 – 8 business days after we ship, while Expedited Parcel orders arrive in 6 – 14 business days, depending on where you are located in Canada.
Delivery times for delivery to the United States vary. Most take 2-4 weeks.
Do you accept Purchase Orders (POs)?
Yes, we do!
Purchase orders require a minimum purchase of $250. Shipping for all POs within Canada is free.

Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes. For orders on my card decks, books, and bundles, I’d be happy to give you a discounted rate to say ‘thank you.’ Contact hello@hannahbrown.co to share your order quantity, and we’ll provide you with a coupon code based on your order size.

Do you ship outside of North America?
Yes, we ship to Australia and New Zealand.
Most international orders vary. Most take 1-4 weeks.

Who can use your conversation cards?
The Lead, Learn, Grow conversation cards are designed for leaders to use with their team to spark insightful conversation and embed learning into everyday team interactions. They are often used at the beginning of team meetings to connect before diving into the agenda. They can also be used as the focus of the team meeting to guide a more in-depth discussion about a specific topic.
The cards are also used by facilitators, trainers and human resource professionals to introduce workshops, kick off all-employee meetings, and set the tone for team building sessions.

Do you offer training to best use your conversation cards?
Yes. I offer a 90-minute masterclass, Make Meetings Matter, where leaders learn how to use the Lead, Learn, Grow conversation cards and make growth and learning part of their regular leadership practice.

What if your refund and return policy?
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a refund.
- If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund.
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if the refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Please check your bank account.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Finally, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

What is your exchange policy?
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@hannahbrown.co
Shipping returns
To return your product, mail your product to the address provided to you via email.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
