Organizations that grow, grow their people.

Make Meetings Matter

Embed learning into the DNA of teams. This practical masterclass provides leaders with concrete ways to incorporate learning into team meetings. Each leader receives a deck of my Lead, Learn, Grow conversation cards, which are designed to stimulate conversation and move teams into concrete action.

Nurture a Learning Mindset and foster a Team Culture of learning in your teams.

  • Learning Mindset includes being curious, having the courage to take risks, and being a lifelong learner.
  • Team Culture includes committing to learning in your team, caring for your employees, and embracing coaching in your regular interactions.

These cards include questions in each of these areas and ideas for actions you and your team can take to embed learning in your team’s DNA.

Management Development

Emerging Leaders Program

New managers need foundational skills to smoothly transition from being experts in their field to leading and motivating others. They need to shift from doing the work to managing others doing the work.

Working and learning as a cohort of up to 24 people, your leaders will learn about themselves, how to manage others and how to lead effectively in your organization. The 9-month program includes these four two-day workshops.

  • Leading self
    • Leaders use DiSC to gain insight into their behaviour style and how that impacts their leadership.
    • Leaders identify their values and define the type of leader they want to be.
  • Leading others
    • Leaders practice the art of giving and receiving feedback.
    • Leaders use my Growth Equation to assess employees and lead for growth and learning.
  • Leading teams
    • Leaders identify how they can create a culture of psychological safety.
    • Leaders use the 5 Behaviors of Cohesive teams to assess and develop trust, healthy conflict commitment, accountability and drive results on their teams.
  • Leading change
    • Leaders use a framework for understanding their response to change and how, in turn, to lead others through change.
    • Leaders integrate curiosity and experimentation into their team culture to approach change as an opportunity for innovation.

Between workshops, leaders receive resources and support materials and participate in group coaching sessions between workshops to reinforce concepts, support their practice and build accountability for actions.

Individual Career Development

Career Pathing

Small and medium-sized organizations often struggle to provide learning and growth opportunities for employees because of their flatter organizational structure and smaller budgets. Often they don’t have a learning and development function to provide internal development opportunities. And yet, leaders in these organizations know the importance of developing their people.

My Career Pathing program provides organizations with a framework for employee learning and development. The program outlines the roles of employees in owning their development, leaders in guiding employees, and organizations in supporting leaders and employees directly.
